Anteneh Kassa | Associate Lawyer

Anteneh obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree (B.A.) from McMaster University with an Honours Specialization in Behavioural Neuroscience.  He then received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Alberta Faculty of Law in 2014.   During law school, Anteneh volunteered at the Edmonton Community Legal Services Clinic.  There, he assisted low-income clients appear before various administrative tribunals and conduct uncontested divorces.  After law school, Anteneh articled at a firm in Hamilton where he was exposed to a broad range of litigation files.  Additionally, Anteneh participated in the Hamilton Justice Education Network and presented legal seminars to local high school students.  He went on to work as an Associate Lawyer at a family law firm in Toronto and as an adjunct professor at Georgian College. Anteneh is experienced in all aspects of Family Law.  Driven by a passion for Family Law, he is dedicated to delivering results for clients at every turn.   Anteneh prides himself on being honest, compassionate, and committed to his clients’ legal cause from beginning to end.  In his free time, Anteneh enjoys astronomy, photography, and volunteering with the YMCA Voices Against Bullying Advocacy Program. Anteneh is also fluent in Amharic.
