Saloumeh (Sally) Madani | B.A., M.A., J.D.

Sally obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree (B.A.) from McMaster University with a Major in Sociology and Psychology. She went on to obtain her Master of Arts Degree (M.A.) in Sociology from the University of Guelph, where she extensively researched the family unit, specifically the parent-child relationship.

Sally obtained her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law. Throughout law school, Sally worked as a Caseworker at Community Legal Aid and a Summer Law Student at Legal Assistance of Windsor where she advocated and represented low-income clients before various administrative tribunals. In addition to legal clinic work, Sally acted as a Volunteer Coordinator for Pro Bono Student Canada where she facilitated workshops and trained incoming volunteers to facilitate workshops on issues of consent and the crime of sexual assault.

After law school, Sally articled at a firm in Barrie where she was exposed to a broad range of Family Law matters including complex property and high net-worth files. She then went on to work as an Associate Lawyer at a Toronto family law firm where she gained extensive experience litigating family law matters before the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice. Sally is also experienced in drafting complex agreements and parenting plans.

Sally is passionate about Family Law and advocates for her clients while providing compassion and guidance along the way. In her spare time, Sally enjoys traveling, watching documentaries, and spending time with family. Sally is fluent in English and Farsi.
