I knew after my first meeting with Ritu that I was in good hands. She recognized that the Collaborative process would be to my benefit after she heard the circumstances of the separation. Aside from the money, Ritu felt that it would be the best way to keep on track to get the best results for both sides as well as keeping into focus our child. After recommending a parenting professional, she stepped back and let us work out the plan to move forward with our new family unit. Once that was completed Ritu guided the rest of the process with grace and dignity, I have never felt so confident that I was being represented by someone who truly cared about me, my child and even my Ex-husband.
